John Spino, Esq. is a founding partner of Dwyer, Ruggieri, Spino & Goncalves LLC. He has been practicing for over twenty years, working with individuals and families from all walks of life to develop estate plans to fit their needs. John is also experienced in trust and estate administration, elder law, MassHealth (Medicaid) applications, real estate law, and business law.
John holds a liberal arts degree from Boston University (1995) and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University (1998) where he was the Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Law Student Committee for the Massachusetts Bar Association and also Executive Editor of Suffolk University Law School’s student-run newspaper. Today, John is a board member on the governance committee for the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
John lives in North Andover and enjoys reading, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with his two daughters.
