Pear, Granola and Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 CUPS Canned Pears in juice, drained and cut into a medium dice
  • 1/4 CUP Honey
  • 1 TSP Saigon Cinnamon
  • 4 CUPS Greek-style Plain Yogurt
  • 1 CUP Granola

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced pears, honey and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
  2. For each serving, in a 10 oz clear plastic cup, layer one-third of the pear mixture, 1/4 CUP yogurt and 3 TBSP granola.
  3. Repeat layering, ending with 2 TBSP granola.

Yield: 4 servings
