Brain Healthy Mojito


  • Handful of Fresh Mint leaves (save some for garnish)
  • 1 Lime sliced and cut into quarters (save one slice for garnish)
  • 1 TBSP of Agave syrup or Coconut sugar
  • 2 oz of White Rum
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water


  1. Place the mint leaves, lime and agave or coconut sugar in a tall glass and muddle.
  2. Top off with ice cubes and pour in white rum.
  3. Pour in sparkling water almost to the top.
  4. Garnish with the extra slice of lIme and fresh mint leaves.

Yield: 1 serving
