In honor of October being Eat Better, Eat Together Month, we wanted to share some of our chefs’ favorite brain healthy recipes.
As part of our Brain Healthy Cooking Program, the chefs at Senior Living Residences‘ communities create delicious and healthy recipes. This nutrition program is our spin on the Mediterranean Diet and aims to boost residents’ cognitive and physical health. In the colder months, chefs have a lot of fun creating bold and exciting recipes for our residents as well as a couple favorites they make for their own families at home.
