Lindsay Willis, Director of Professional Development for Senior Living Residences (SLR) in Braintree MA, develops and oversees training programs for SLR’s assisted living and memory care communities.
Her underlying passion is to enhance the quality of life of seniors residing in SLR communities. She believes that knowledge empowers positive experiences, and she works to give associates the tools and confidence they need to provide excellent wellness and personal care services, unique programming, and state-of-the-art memory care.
Lindsay’s background includes the management of numerous assisted living and Alzheimer’s care communities as an onsite Executive Director. She has a BSN in Nursing from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY and a MBA from University of Massachusetts Boston. Her credentials also include being a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer.
