Ingredients
- ½ of a avocado
- 3 pieces (1/2-in each) fresh ginger
- Generous pinch of fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ ounce cucumber-flavored vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 1 ¼ cups ice
- Cilantro sprig, for garnish
Directions
On-the-rocks:
- Muddle avocado, ginger and cilantro in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and remaining ingredients except garnishes; shake well with ice.
- Double strain drink over fresh ice; garnish with cilantro sprig. Note: To double strain a cocktail, you strain it through the cocktail strainer then through a mesh strainer.
- Use cilantro to garnish.
Frozen version:
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and blend thoroughly until slushy.
- Use cilantro to garnish.
