- 5 oz low fat feta cheese crumbles
- 2 TBSP reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 TSP black pepper
- 1 TSP of your favorite spices, such as green onions, chives, rosemary etc.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until the spread reaches a creamy consistency. Store in fridge in an airtight container until ready to serve.
TIP: This delicious spread can be used as a veggie dip, on crackers, or add a dollop to a baked potato.
