Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin purée
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons ginger


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 1 loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  4. Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour batter into the load pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
