Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin purée
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons nutmeg

½ teaspoons ginger
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 1 loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and sugar. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the walnuts.
- Pour batter into the load pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Slice and enjoy!
